Unique holiday gifts for sale by local arts and crafts vendors. Location 749 SE Pioneer Way and 670 SE Pioneer Way Suite 101, Oak Harbor, WA.  Market runs for four weekends, November 23-25, December 1-2, December 7-9 and December 15-16.  Hours are from 10 am- 5pm with the following exceptions.  December 1 is “Holiday Magic on Pioneer” which is the annual tree lighting, arrival of Santa and a caroling and music competition.  The hours are 10 am- 8 pm.  On December 7 the market is open until 7pm to coincide with “First Friday Art Walk and Late Night Shopping”. - http://www.whidbeylifemagazine.org/ai1ec_event/holiday-market-on-pioneer-5/?instance_id=
