The alt-rock/pop-punk band Yellowcard presents an unusual sound for this genre, including a violin. They are known for their songs 'Ocean Avenue,' 'Way Away,' and 'Light Up the Sky.' Following a two-year hiatus, the band released their seventh studio album in 2011 titled 'When You're Through Thinking, Say Yes' and in August 2012 'Southern Air' was released.
